About Us:

Wicked Good Tech was started because of the high price of retail products that we see around us. We have been working as manufacturing managers in Asia for over 20 years. During that time we have spent countless hours at factories and have seen our share of the good and the bad. There is a lot of very cheap, low quality, imported junk out there. But, if you know where to look, there are a lot of good quality, low cost products out there as well. How do you tell the difference? Experience. That is why we're here. That's what we do.

Currently we ship all our products out of our office here in Portsmouth, NH. We are a fairly small operation in a nice area of New England. When not working at Wicked Good Tech, we spend our time golfing, watching the Red Sox and Patriots, and traveling the world.

Additionally, we do have offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen China, and Alicante, Spain. While we are small in numbers, we are huge in experience and expertise. That's very important to get good quality products at a good price. Honestly, it's something that is lacking in a lot of other retail areas.

About the Products:

All the products you see here have been tested personally by Wicked Good Tech. We run each product through its paces before we can comfortably offer it to you.

Additionally, before any product is approved here, we personally visit the manufacturer at their facility and meet with their staff. We need to be sure that they are a good-quality and reputable manufacturer before we approve any of thier products. We continuously visit and inspect the production of these products on location as well. In our experience, the best way to ensure that you are getting the best quality product at the best price is to personally be there during the production. Often that means hopping on a plane for an 18 hour flight from New Hampshire to Hong Kong, but that's our job.

Orders should normally ship out to you from Portsmouth, New Hampshire in 1-3 business days.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
  1. All Sales are final.
  2. There is a 30 day return policy for manufacturing defects only.
  3. Please call 603-427-2460 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning any products.
  4. RMA#'s are valid for 14 days only. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  5. Products must be returned in original (new) condition in the original packaging.
  6. Products will be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.
